This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes permitted and prohibited use of MEDIC Money™ (the website at medicmoneyapp.com, related subdomains, and mobile applications). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use MEDIC Money for personal, non-commercial financial planning and education, including completing assessments, uploading your own bill statements for comparison, tracking net worth, and exploring employer benefits you enter. Use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Access another person's account or our systems without authorization
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the Service (except as permitted by law)
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security or subscription limits
• Use the Service for fraud, harassment, spam, or unlawful activity
• Misrepresent AI output as guaranteed savings or professional advice

Your uploads and data

Confirm you have the right to use content you upload. Redact full account numbers before uploading statements. Do not upload others' documents without consent.

AI and automated features

Optional AI analysis is a convenience — verify results before relying on them. Fair-use limits may apply, including free-tier caps.

Account security

Keep credentials secure. Notify info@medicmoneyapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Changes

We may update this AUP; the effective date above will change when we do.
