Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your MEDIC Money account and the personal data associated with it.

How to delete your account

In the MEDIC Money mobile app: open Profile → Delete account, confirm, then type DELETE. Deletion permanently removes your Firebase Authentication account and primary Firestore data.

By email: contact info@medicmoneyapp.com from the same address tied to your MEDIC Money account. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email you used to sign in.

What we delete

After in-app deletion or a verified email request, we delete or anonymize:

• Your Firebase Authentication account
• Your Firestore user profile (users/{uid})
• Saved assessments, plans, bill comparisons, net worth data, and benefits explorations linked to your account

Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately when confirmed. Email requests: we aim to complete verified deletion within 30 days and will send a confirmation email when finished.

Third-party sign-in

If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, you may also revoke the MEDIC Money app under your Google Account permissions, Apple ID → Sign in with Apple, or Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
