MEDIC Money provides educational and self-directed financial planning tools, including assessments, calculators, bill comparisons, net worth tracking, and optional AI-assisted analysis of information you choose to upload.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Consult qualified professionals before acting on any information from the Service.
You may register with email and password or sign in through supported providers (such as Google or Facebook). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@medicmoneyapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it reasonably up to date.

You retain ownership of information you enter or upload. You grant MEDIC Money a limited license to host, process, and display that information solely to operate the Service (including optional AI features you invoke and, where you opt in, sharing bill data with Net Worth or provider phone numbers in our directory as described in the Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for redacting sensitive details (such as full account numbers) before uploading statements or documents for AI analysis.
Optional AI tools may analyze text or files you submit. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify results before relying on them. Usage limits may apply (including free-tier limits described in the app).
The Service relies on third parties (including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and Google Gemini for optional AI). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the Service.
MEDIC Money™, logos, site design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use our branding except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OR CALCULATOR OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIC MONEY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and indemnify MEDIC Money against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may modify or discontinue features or terminate access with reasonable notice where practicable. You may request account deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
